Poppy has been helping out at the studio today for Open Studios Stirlingshire. Selling tea towels, showing visitors where the best sun spots are, entertaining our younger guests, and, of course, having some well deserved naps 🐾🧡

Wonderful first day at Open Studios Stirlingshire! Quiet morning so I got some painting done, visitors started coming around lunch and we had a flurry in the afternoon. Lots of chats about art. Some chats about the weather of course. And I sold a painting! Lovely start 🧡

Stag had worked hard to be proud of who he was. He'd reached the point, when complimented, he'd graciously say 'Thank you, that's very kind'. Not an easy thing. Most his life he'd dismissed praise or humbly rejected it. Now though, he knew his worth. He wasn't ashamed to show it.
