If drivers exceed the speed limit by 50% (e.g. faster than 45mph in a 30mph zone) then there's probably a habitual and antisocial element to it. Such drivers will probably speed everywhere. Hence Speedwatch needs to be coordinated nationally.

Guys, this is great but it's misinformation. This footage is from the Hands Off protest in April, and part of how you know is that yesterday's No Kings Yas Queens! Pride stayed on the Common after the March (that's where the stage was), while this shows Gov't Center, where the April event was held.
