My son had his annual check-up today. Since bearded dragons are so small, they use an ultrasonic Doppler flow detector instead of a stethoscope to check their heart rate. ❤️❤️❤️ Nacho did great and the vet verified his good boy status. 😍

I make an amazing lunch, if I do say so myself. I went with a spicy profile today, but I typically would top this with balsamic vinegar. Instead, I topped the avocado layer with some Frank's hot sauce. I topped the tomatoes with some chili onion crunch and olive oil.
