Triple Splashdown can take down a Mudmouth in one use. The positioning is tricky, but with enough practice you can begin to pull it off consistently. One of the fists must be inside of the Mudmouth in order for it to work.

It's possible to take down a Flyfish with one shot from a cannon. Aim for the middle of the backboards of the Flyfish launchers. When performed correctly, the Flyfish will be splatted with a single shot, saving time and ink.
