Oh absolutely not. Just to be clear, in case anyone ever sees such a cable - this is a very dangerous thing to do. The safety rating of your handheld DMM, and therefore *your* safety, rely on the fact there is no path to ground. A cable like this cab provide such a path, and *could* be lethal.
