International (graduate) students, particularly those in fields such as gender & women's studies. Start talking to your advisors now about finishing your program remotely. Even if this doesn't affect you personally, start having that plan in place if/when you need to pull the rip cord.

Just realized I am two days off my eligibility to give blood again so next Thursday I'm going to do that. I hate doing it. I'm afraid of needles. I'm a small human so I genuinely feel it and feel quite drained after. And yet, I'm going to do it anyway. Hope you can too :)
