Been thinking about really ambitious visions for post-Trump constitutional reforms. It seems pretty clear to me that the presidency needs to go. Juan Linz (and the antifederalists) was right, the damn thing is just too dangerous. Would it be crazy for there to be a dual executive? (Mini-thread 🧵)
