This is abuse propaganda. A lot of this “advice” is rhetoric used by abusive and narcissistic partners to manipulate and gaslight their victim while also isolating them from protective outside voices that would call out the abuse and serve as a lifeline out. Please read the alt text.

I wish there were an alt text library for memes. There are so many “standard” memes we all use and I know I’m not good at writing alt text, so I wish there were just a library of alt text descriptions to copy and paste for memes. I honestly think it would also increase alt text usage.

So @moderation.bsky.app is now labeling medical educational material as sexual. This is DEEPLY problematic, especially for female reproductive health, because it’s already so inappropriately sexualized that people won’t seek care. Women D*E from cervical CANCER because care is sexualized.
