I fail to comprehend how our Supreme Court and judges can agree and be ok with going along with taking away this countries rights to freedom of speech and expression. Over a possible maybe one day threat of information mining that is already being done by US companies. Where's the burden of proof?

Seriously over the government making mass decisions for everyone that most aren't concerned with. The things we do care about; economy,jobs,cost of living,child safty,gun laws,equal rights, freedom of speech and expression. These things don't seem to be on their minds at all. Only control.
