Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Andorra and Greenland all report 100% literacy rates. The United States literacy rate is somewhere around 79% according to The National Literacy Institute, ranking 36th in overall world literacy. Greenland also has free higher education. Maybe that’s why Trump wants to buy it?
