With all respect and caveats acknowledging different body types, genes, disabilities, etc... Do EVERYTHING you can to stay in decent to good physical shape. Walk, run, swim, lift, pushups, yoga, buy a bicycle, resistance bands - do ANYTHING you can not to get dangerously out of shape.
