Here's how you make a Dáibhí-bhoy hot dog. Brioche bun, Frankfurter, fried and diced onions, mustard, ketchup, grated mozzarella cheese. Serve with chips and a decent Bbq sauce. Reds True Bbq- the Devil Wing one is the best for this
