I Have question what is preventing blue states to coordinate with each other and start giving less tax to the federal government like red states, like Democrats need to start playing ball like we saw Republicans do every time they don't have majority

We have a system for this. Do you have any idea how wildly expensive this is going to be? Of course the spectacle, cruelty and grifting/kickbacks from/by defense contractors is the point. For reference, the bullshit military flight deportations were over $800k a piece.
