Academics - do you have any strategies for ensuring that students are checking Canvas/email regularly? I decided to teach remotely today due to freezing rain (this is in FL), and despite emailing and posting to canvas yesterday afternoon, no students have shown up for class/lessons.

If you can’t leave Meta apps for whatever reason I highly suggest not interacting with any ads on the platform to hurt their wallets. I’m probably going to at least delete the FB app from my phone so that I’m only using the site with an AdBlocker.
