Had an interesting issue where the duplication of the GameInput Windows service was causing most things to crash or not work. It seems to be a thing from last year, so not sure why it popped up for me now. Fix is easy, just uninstall the older service.

GayBlade (1992) by Ryan Best was an obscure CRPG for the Apple Macintosh, Windows 3.1 PCs, and one of the earliest LGBT-themed games. With a quest to save Empress Nelda, it's billed as a lighthearted "spoof" with unique classes and enemies based on Best's own struggles. (a fabulous thread)

Back in 2013, Tales of Tales shipped Bientôt l’été, a two-player simulation of pretending to be distant lovers on a beach. For the occasion, the studio shipped 250 handmade physical copies of the game, complete with the game on a USB drive, a card game and beach sand.
