Coaches really don't matter all that much. Their impact is maybe 20% of what they're credited for, good or bad. Their main function is to be a public punching bag and most are judged on how they deal with that role.

Nuggets roster construction is so bad the best paint scorer in the game had to consistently space to 3 for our offense to make any sense at all. Also we have the worst draft pick inventory in the league. Unless we pull a heist with one of MPJ, AG, or Jamal I don't see how we get back to contenders.
