So tried to do this plan last week and only managed one exercise set before jet lag hit hard. I’m now over jet lag so will give it a go starting tomorrow as I’m London today! Life throws you curveballs, sometimes it’s best to lean into that curve than try to straighten it!

The first time I swam in the Pacific Ocean. Although I guess it’s actually the Sea of Onatsu, Pacifically Speaking. Also the first time I’ve seen a jellyfish in the wild. We saw quite a few more so that was the end of swimming!
