Will Hughes is an intelligent Footballer & he understands exactly what the manager wants. It's almost as if he's found the system that suits him the best. Others have taken time to understand, but he just gets it. His positional sense out of possession is just crazy. #cpfc

VAR did the double over us yesterday. After the ridiculous non penalty at Goodison, yesterday they did us twice. The disallowed goal and the momentum killing time it took to give the equaliser. VAR has been a disaster for us this season, along with our finishing. #cpfc

I think we lost control after we equalised. It was like the start of the season again, the ball in behind our wb's was their out ball all half & caused us all sorts of grief. It's why 2 wb's bombing forward might not work. We are just no good at beating teams who don't come at us. #cpfc
