The reason Elon made Grok in the first place was because he assumed OpenAI was turning the secret “woke” dial up too high and small parameter tweaks could make it right-wing. Now he has realized the only way to get the AI to agree with him is to lobotomize it by rewriting the entire training set.

Spotify is way ahead of the game in music recommendation. It’s realised that Ca7riel y Paco are not just your regular Trap musicians and now it recommends a ton of Jazz, Latin Jazz, Latin Rap etc. next to them. Two weeks ago it was all shitty recommendations. I guess it notices who’s listening them.

So Balatro won an Apple award and they did a whole ass App Store section about the awards. And they forgot to mention it’s available for “free” on the Apple Arcade subscription. What an oversight, honestly. If they ignore Apple Arcade themselves, why would users care about it?

~45% of US corn production is now used to make ethanol, mostly for mixing into gasoline. That's ~13% of all US crop land already used for energy production. Using some of the same land for solar panels would capture 50-100 times more energy per acre.
