I just landed in San Salvador a little while ago, and I look forward to meeting with the team at the U.S. embassy to discuss the release of Mr. Abrego Garcia. I also hope to meet with Salvadoran officials and with Kilmar himself. He was illegally abducted and needs to come home.

Mr. Abrego Garcia was illegally abducted by the Trump Admin and, by their own admission, wrongly deported to El Salvador. He shouldn’t have to spend another second away from his family. I'm flying to El Salvador tomorrow morning to check on his condition and discuss his return.

Huge news. Judge Boasberg has found probable cause to hold the Trump admin in contempt of court for their refusal to not turn around the extrajudicial deportation flight. They can either: 1) fix it, and ensure all migrants receive due process or 2) face contempt proceedings.
