In his epistle, James lifts up Rahab as someone who exemplifies putting faith into action (James 2). Not sure who Rahab is? Her story is found in Joshua 2. Two Israelites came to Jericho and when the king found out, Rahab hid and protected them. She lied to the government to help two foreigners.
