Here’s the wider version of my previous upload, I was really pleased with the movement in the clouds, but which do you prefer?

One of those totally reactive shots, happened to spot this fab illuminated tower whilst leaving the car park in York, can’t resist lit up stairs 🙈

Think this one turned out quite nice ☺️

Not sure I’m fully settled on this process yet, 2min long IR exposure under the Humber Bridge in East Yorkshire 🙏

‘Welcome to Diagon Alley’ Great to finally get to photograph this location from my bucket list ☺️

‘Bygone’ Don’t very often process in sepia but felt like this scene worked. #FSPrintMonday #ShareMondays2025 #APPicOfTheWeek

Exciting news that @fotospeed.bsky.social are now allowing entries to #FSPrintMonday on here! A positive sign of change from the other place 👍

The Seeker waits

Whilst most of the country was covered in snow, on Portland we had a different kind of white stuff - fog - so took the opportunity to try this new lantern out ☺️ #ShareMondays2025 (woohoo! 🎉)

My top 9 moments of 2024. I’ve been blessed this year. Happy new year to all 🙏

Couldn’t resist a visit to the lone tree on a clear night, not seen many photos of this location at night before ☺️

Managed to catch a glimpse of Tryfan with a dusting of the white stuff too 😍

Feeling totally blessed to have spent Christmas in such a beautiful part of the UK ☺️

Another of my Lego lockdown images, with a bonus behind the scenes to show how crude the setup was ☺️ I used a lens blower on the ash to generate the smoke effect 👍

Couple of shots from a festive walk around NT Stourhead this afternoon, something quite magical about old books and nice light 😍

During the Covid lockdown I stayed creative by shooting Star Wars Lego around my home, all SFX were physical and used cheap/free items like BBQ ash for the base & smoke effect in this image.

‘Bird Box’

Still find it hard to believe I saw the Aurora this far south on Portland, not once but TWICE this year. This was from back in May 😍

Thought I’d share this one today after watching the intro to the new Wonka movie, taken in March this year, it was raining relentlessly right up until I took this shot, when the sun broke through magnificently, worth the soaking!

I’ve been wanting to retake this shot the last 6 years but not yet had the chance, I do like this minimal black and white though ☺️

A multiple exposure image from my “fractured” collection.

I travelled over 100 miles at the weekend to pick up this vintage railway lantern from a Facebook seller, spent a few days restoring it and getting the burner working again, very excited to get this in a shot on a foggy night!
