Simple items every hotel room should have (but usually don’t): 1. Nonslip silicone bath mat for the shower. 2. A door seal (acoustic seal to minimize hallway noise). 3. Blockout or triple weave curtains. Blinds are the worst for street light. Items 1 and 2 cost next to nothing.
