I'd just moved into my very first "solo" apartment (a super-tiny studio). I remember sitting in the kitchen with my feet up on the counter, eating macaroni and cheese right out of the pot while I watched the pilot for M.A.N.T.I.S. on my secondhand Watchman, thinking life was pretty good. :)
