The Capital Line South budget is wild, and a potential driver of costs is the ROW on 111th The berm along 111th had to be removed+retaining wall built to accommodate the 70m road and LRT ROW for this project If we had built like the LRT in BelMac with 50m ROW we would have avoided those costs
