Meanwhile! Today's #ICONS game went quite well! In which the band of college-aged superheroes went up against one of their most hated foes: CLICKBAIT. He's basically Arcade as played by Mr. Beast, which means he is the fucking worst. I have entirely too much fun throwing him at the PC's.

Went to Houston's #MeowWolf exhibit today. It was neat! Definitely had that "exploratory video game" vibe. I even found an audio log at one point! And now that I'm looking at other peoples' experiences, looks like I missed a bunch of secrets/puzzles, but hey.

So! Went to Owlcon today. It was a lot smaller than it usually is, due to a bunch of scheduling factors outside the organizers' control (a leading university -didn't- bend over backwards for a bunch of RPG nerds, surprisingly). Still had fun, even if it could've been organized better.

In video-gamey news, I popped in #Persona5Strikers. Only about an hour in so far, but it's hitting the same notes that the original game did, just with a different combat mechanic. Which I'm ... not sure if I'm sold on, but hey, at least the soundtrack's rad.

Meanwhile! So I've been running a "Superhero College" #TTRPG game (using #ICONS, for the record) for the last several months. One of the PC's can switch between male and female forms, each with a different powerset. I've just now realized I can start cribbing storylines from Ranma 1/2.
