Product idea: one of those recordings for insomnia with guided meditation and soothing music but the mix is really quiet and you have to turn it up, and about 40 minutes in there’s a massive bass-boosted explosion sound effect. Then it goes back to normal.

UPDATE: first few days were brutal, but my recovery is going REALLY well! I can’t explain how much better I feel already. We even made it home for Christmas!! Huge thanks to my partner, friends, and family! Better times are ahead ❤️ (1/2)
