“Seeing is believing” I’m going to equate Trump’s presidency with the Los Angeles wildfires. The fire had to keep going until it ran out of oxygen. Destroyed all in its path. Fighting helped minimize damage and salvaged what it could. Some had the money to save themselves, some didn’t.
