Ina Garten’s Herbed Goat Cheese Chicken; onions, cucumber, tomatoes & pepper vinegar salad; & roasted veggies. Even tho I hate them, I made Brussel sprouts, aka as little heads of nastiness. I didn’t make my Meyers Lemon cake. I had to buy an angel food cake pan. Note-the chicken is super easy
