Feels like a good time to revisit this old gem

1. Mahlon "Frank" Stroup (1858-1901) Frank Stroup was born in the young Kansas Territory before it was officially a state. He was born into the notorious "Bleeding Kansas" era when Missourians and Kansans were fighting each other to determine whether Kansas would be a free or a slave state.
