Finally finished Preacher. It was an absolutely wild ride that throttled every which way emotionally and left me with a lot of memorable moments. Would easily recommend it in a heartbeat and I'm not clearing off my backlog, starting with Uzumaki at the suggestion of @starblue42.bsky.social

(Day 45) Issue #9 Backcover Wanted to add the atypical piece of commentary on this one to share this is legitimately my favorite piece of art present in any piece of Concrete comics. The colors in particular remind me alot of work of John Higgins in being vibrant without contrasting with the mood.

(Day 37) We're now getting into the back covers of the original 10 issue run of Concrete. Starting with issue 1, I actually have the pleasure of sharing that I own a physical copy of this issue, procured at a local comics show that arrived in town. I may move on to sharing interior art later on 🧵
