#tw for the traumatized & healing I have reoccurring nightmares. I confront my abusers in hopes they’ll admit what they did. They laugh, gaslight, & threaten to do it again. Now, when I wake up, I’m shaken, but, I know it’s over. I couldn’t have done that a month ago. #cptsd #healing #progress
