If this is also "true" of the non-Salvadoran inmates sent there by the U.S., it puts the onus now on Bukele. If the U.S. has relinquished any jurisdiction, then HE is the one imprisoning men taken to his country against their will who have committed no crime against that country. It's an ICC case!/1
