Vance claims he wasn't referring to the UK & France. So which country was he referring to? Germany, Italy, Poland, Denmark, Spain, Romania, Netherlands, Czechia, Norway, Estonia, Sweden, Latvia, Finland, Portugal, Albania, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovakia, Lithuania all fought in Afghanistan.

Food for thought here, but I don't find myself agreeing. The transmission mechanism is 'do something to the state.... complex systems can fail catastrophically... the economy is a complex system... so it could fail catastrophically.'
