I once did a 11 page story "with" Stan Lee for Thor #600 (2009). He basically sent a line that read "Thor fights a lot, he is tired and decided to stop being Thor, but being Donald Blake he meets an ill boy whose favorite hero is Thor and he decided to came back". Now do 11 pages with that, ha ha.
