Another day, another workout! Still improving that 3 mile time, broke 8 minute average pace today, next stop, 7:30! Trying to get my strength up too, been slacking on that lately

Another day down, I think I’ve figured out the routine I want to do for the foreseeable future, which is basically just running 3 miles and a ton of kettlebell swings. Gonna throw in some accessory work to round out what the KB swings don’t cover, but the goal is to keep it as simple as possible.
