Unable to find any commentary about (averting) the use of tactical nuclear weapons, now that Trump has sided with Putin. Apparently there is movement in Belarus (where nuclear weapons were transferred?). Musk is open now in his support of Russia and there is the complication of withholding Starlink.

Phew!

Sweet as they say!

Nice word and appropriate for the time!

Now that Trump has sided with Putin, what is the deterrence against Putin using tactical nuclear weapons in the war with Ukraine, if Zelensky tries to holds out indefinitely? (I could not see any commentary about this and would be grateful if people directed me to appropriate links or posts.)

Too difficult!

Defeated, so many possibilities even with evasive action!

Labyrinth and nearby Merri Creek, Clifton Hill, Melbourne

Yan Yean reservoir from Frank Thomson Reserve, Kinglake. As a small child I thought it was an inland sea!

City of Melbourne from Frank Thomson Reserve, Kinglake. On a clear day you can see Port Phillip Bay. But maybe haze is appropriate given the mind-numbing and tragic developments overseas

New word for the day!

Organ Pipes near Keilor, Victoria, part of the landscape creation of Bunjil, wedge-tailed eagle, in Wurundjeri mythology. Please elaborate if you are an expert on the topic.

Very nice word!

Image of the city of Sydney near Dharawal engravings (Royal National Park). To the left is the casino (almost as tall as Eiffel Tower), built on the Barangaroo reserve. Barangaroo argued with Bennelong about fraternising with the British. How would she have felt about a casino on sacred land?

Particularly nice word today though took ages to find it!
