Vaccines are one of the greatest inventions in human history. And with mRNA vaccines, we’re on the cusp of a whole new era of protection from some of the worst diseases we know. Feels like that’s worth investing in, both in terms of the science and the public trust.

It would have been nice if the BBC's crime drama 'This City is Ours' had referenced the Peel Corporation, which actually owns the city, and much else.

US Senators from every one of these states—AR, TX, KY, MO, OK, MS, TN—(1) approved Trump/Musk/Doge cuts to NOAA and FEMA, and (2) said Calif would need to change its internal policies before getting federal help for LA fire disaster. Every one of these US Senators happens to be MAGA/GOP.
