I solved a problem I've had for a while today with #shot-scraper and #markitdown. I can now convert any public documentation to markdown using the combination of these tools. I wrote about it in my blog davidjarman.net/archive/2025... Thanks @simonwillison.net for you work on shot-scraper!

Is there a search engine out there that has a query language you can use to filter and rank results? I’m thinking sql but where the table is metadata about a website. Keywords, url, date updated, JavaScript enabled, number of links.
