It’s not a valid basis for a lawsuit, and he will almost certainly lose. But that’s not the point, is it? The whole point is to intimidate people, and those who can’t afford to defend themselves will have to capitulate.

Imagine looking at this situation and feeling so much compassion for an insurance company executive who is just doing his job, and feeling so little for the thousands upon thousands of people who have been harmed by what have to be called predatory insurance practices.
