For everyone doing #DryJanuary, I would encourage you to make it a dry 2025. You will gain a valuable insight into your relationship with alcohol, and the way it impacts your life (both good and bad). I did this a few years ago and did not regret it.

Men have a 24hr hormone cycle - testosterone high in AM, low in PM; perfectly aligned with the average workday. Women have a 28 *DAY* cycle, with hormonal fluctuations based on phase of your cycle. Most productivity "advice" is written from the male lens, devoid of an understanding of this impact.
