The last thing any leader should do to a subordinate, is to hold back their career for their own sake. If a subordinate is looking to move to another role, you should support it. Good leaders don't rebuild, they reload!

The biggest lesson I teach young people? In life you will have to make tough choices, decisions and sacrifices that may hurt, but whatever you choose, see it 100% through and make sure you and the ones close to you are good.
