Trying to plan my next workout... Pull day? Nope. Elbow pain. Push day? Nope. Shoulder pain. Leg day? Nope. Knee pain. And so, we instead do the responsible thing and take the next week to get these joints in order! Not a week off exactly, but focusing on stretching and recovery.

I think I wanna dabble in creating Bluesky feeds... I want to create a feed that's the same as Discover but that EXCLUDES people I already follow. Stoked for everyone's content of course, but what's the point of "discovering" posts from folks I'm already following?? 😋
