It takes 5 minutes to learn how calories are directly connected to weight loss. For some reason, there’s a continuous calculated effort to push that it’s specific ingredients or exercise, not just a math thing. (Over calorie threshold for the day, gain weight. Under calorie threshold, lose weight.)
