He says what we've been shouting that MAGA just wouldn't hear but he says it in a way that some of them will hear. He's a rural farmer who speaks how they speak. @hcrichardson.bsky.social I posted 4 you to watch bec I think he's the missing link in our messaging. www.youtube.com/watch?v=O4CR...

The Dept. of Defense is making it explicit: students should not learn the truth. clarksvillenow.com/local/books-...

This is spectacular!

Susan Collins is 72 and has served in the Senate for 28 years. Why is she so afraid of not staying there until she's 80? How is the chance of being primaried from the right a meaningful threat to her—or to any Senator with just the remnant of a spine?

Tulsi Gabbard is the first Asian Pacific Islander to serve in a president's cabinet. Clearly a DEI appointment.

From Maureen Dowd: "President Trump and Musk have merged their cult followings, attention addictions, conspiratorial mind-sets, disinformation artistry, disdain for the Constitution, talent for apocalyptic marketing and jumping-from-one-thing-to-thing styles." (She omits their shared avarice.)

"Joe Biden’s administration was shamefully unwilling to restrain Netanyahu, but it did rebuke far-right Israeli ministers when they fantasized about building Jewish settlements in Gaza." www.nytimes.com/2025/02/07/o...

Great explanation of how Trump views negotiations and why that approach is doomed to fail. www.facebook.com/share/1DD3Pg...

WOOO HOOOOO! 🙏💪

Trump won't let people desperate to escape poverty, terror, and hopelessness into the U.S., but he insists Egypt and Jordan should welcome nearly 2 million Gazans so that he can build and profit from beautiful seaside resorts on those Gazans' land.

Dazed by Trump's proposed seizure of Gaza, we forget Musk's seizure of Treasury and USAID. Refocused on Musk's coup, we ignore Trump's appalling nominees cabinet appointments.

Kash Patel’s claimed to know nothing about FBI agents' being fired for investigations of Trump. He even claimed that “no one will be terminated for case assignments.” If he had any integrity, he would now refuse Trump's appointment to head the FBI. But of course he has none.

Republicans have made it clear that Edward Snowden must be named as a traitor. They same Republicans insist that Donald Trump must not be. Both took classified documents illegally. One also mounted an insurrection against the Constitution. That's the one who's supposedly not a traitor.

Let's stop blaming Trump to start blaming Republicans in the Senate the House for being so cowardly, venal, unprincipled, racist, and greedy as to support this rancid Presidency.

In The Free Press, Nellie Bowles writes that, pre-Trump, to get a seat at a Presidential presser, "one did not simply apply; one was invited. It was a proper private club. Think wooden panels, think Scotch, think ink. Now think Hooters and a BA in communications."

Jesus.
