US Army veteran retired as FAA Air Traffic Controller in NYC and DC after 30 years of service with IATA and ICAO roles. Controlling aircraft with hundreds of lives does not stress me as much as what is occurring now with federal workers and our country.

As a US Army veteran and DC resident, if this parade wasn't about the Big Orange King’s (BOK) birthday, I'd be there proudly wearing my Army gear and saluting. Now, I'll be annoyed that he's making the 250th birthday of my chosen service unit all about him and will be FAR away.

As a US Army veteran that lives in DC, I will be attending my knitting circle on June 14th, as opposed to the parade His Orangeness is having to “honor” the Army on its 250 birthday. Which COINCIDENTALLY occurs on the day his mother spread her legs and spit out his donor’s discharge.

I’m a US Army veteran and I live in downtown DC and I’m livid about the idea of a military parade for His Orangeness. It reeks of Russian and North Korean propaganda. The worst part is that the military members involved have no choice regarding their participation in this abomination.

Has anyone examined the link between the FAA moving the ATCs from NY to PA? The FAA forced NY controllers to move from NY to PA or lose their jobs. That required training new controllers in PA that were unwilling to relocate from NY. Newark sector is notoriously difficult. It’s not plug and play.
