Ok, so this WOTR piece ruined my evening, so some writing therapy/rant🧵: As a personal rule of thumb, if someone sells you a magic tool able to completely solve a problem/revolutionize a field, he a) either has a really great tool (could be) or b) doesn't understand the problem/field (more likely).

The idea that you can 1. Get the DoD to fund you to build a satellite constellation 2. Make it pay you a subscription fee for using the thing you built with tax payer dollars and especially DoD funding is beyond silly and peak VC bro brainrot
