Talked to a guy who was like 60 at taco bell and I told him I was a webcomic writer and he was like "I've seen a lot of porno on the internet. It's really intense. Even the girly stuff is pretty bad." And then he leaned in like he was giving me a warning and said "They lick each other's tits."

This is really grumpy but one reason I can't wait for AI generated "art" to die is because I'm really annoyed by human artists patting themselves on the back with "human artist" or "🚫AI" stickers. It's like proudly labeled "asbestos free cereal." Is that really the best label for marketing yourself?

At my university at least, use of AI like chatgpt is taken for granted by most students (and my fellow math tutors) it seems. "Did you try plugging it into chatgpt?" "I don't write code anymore, I just prompt." To me, it seems very sad to lose faith in your own mind. But am I a grumpy Luddite?
