What’s for dinner, Dean? Tonight I made puff pastry topped w/pesto sauce, sliced peppers, Roma tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, fresh basil leaves, & some grated Locatelli. Brush the edges with a little egg wash. I topped mine with a little Calabrian pepper oil. Served with olives. SO GOOD!
