I don’t talk about this much, but as a day of thanks, I’m gonna set a milestone for myself. Over the past few months, I went from an A1C of 13+ and 260+ lbs, to today I’ve brought my A1C almost down to non-diabetic, I’m 40lbs down, and I just finished my first 5K in 39 minutes. Savin’ myself ❤️
